Over my forty-four year career I have literally seen millions of dollars lost that never should have been. “I told you so,” is absolutely no satisfaction to these losses. I have made my share of mistakes and I have watched others make mistakes over this tenure. I have learned all along the way and have never stop learning.
It has become the time in my career that I pass what I have learned along the way to others.
